Help with ovulation result

Hi this is my first post, I am looking for some advice. I asked my GP to do a blood test as I feel my hormones have not been right since a miscarriage 2 years ago and have been struggling to conceive. I called tonight the receptionist said result was satisfactory but a note saying “if she asks does not look ovulatory” I am unable to talk to a doctor until next week 🥺. I also had a positive clear blue result and have regular periods. How can that test be satisfactory but then the note sounds like I’ve not ovulated ? I’m praying that’s a mistype xx

What cd did they do the blood test? In order to confirm ovulation, they'd need to do a blood test at the beginning of your cycle, and then a test around 7 days after your expected ovulation - they should also be able to refer you on to have further fertility testing if you have been trying for more than a year. It was supposed to be on day 21 but that was a Saturday so fell on day 23 instead. Just so conflicting to be told satisfactory then a message saying not ovulatory 🤦‍♀️
