Implantation bleeding TMI

Hi all, so I'm 10/11dpo I think. Today iv felt very wet down bellow and when I went for a wee this afternoon I noticed a little bit (10p size) of pink/red discharge in my pants. Followed by some slight cramps and back ache that lasted around 20mins. I had what I believe to be IB with my 2nd baby but it was literally a pin prick size of red when I wiped.

My question is, is 10/11dpo too late for implantation? And also, does anyone know.....do IB appear to us when tye egg implants or its there a delay for when tye egg implants to us actually seeing the IB? I hope that makes sense 😂
Please feel free to share ur experiences and also how after IB did u get your BFP? I don't know when to test now.

Implantation bleeding can happen as the egg burrows further in to your lining, not just at initial implantation AFAIK.

I had mine at 12dpo. There was quite a bit on the tissue and I actually thought I'd come on early so used a tampon! Later when I went to change the tampon it was completely dry and that's when I twigged it could be implantation.

I had my BFP at 11DPO and then IB around 15/16DPO when my period would have been due. I "bled" on and off lightly for about 3 days I think. It was brown discharge and once had streaks of pink and red. Was very like the start of my periods so I 100% thought I was losing the pregnancy. But thankfully all was OK and I was told normal at the time it first started. I was put on bed rest for after 3 days of the discharge and bleeding and a early scan as egg had burrowed low in my uterus, over the cervix and I was higher risk of miscarriage in early weeks. Again, everything turned out OK in the end.
