Ttc and evening primrose oil

Has anyone taken evening primrose oil when ttc?
I started taking it this cd1 and i usually stop bleeding cd4.
I am now on cd6 and wiping some pink and brown still, should i stop 🤦🏻‍♀️

What benefits does evening primrose give? I haven't heard of using it for fertility.

I have a bottle in the cupboard. I was using it when 40 weeks pregnant to try to get labour started.

I tried it and it just lengthened my cycle which messed me up for a few months with 32+ cycle days. finally back to 29
