EWCM no LH surge!?

Hello, I had EWCM on cd11 I’m now on cd15 and I haven’t had any start of a LH surge at all! We’ve been ttc for over 6 months now and I just have no clue what is going on.. I track bbt and haven’t had a rise either so I know I haven’t missed it, so hard not to feel so disheartened about EVERYTHING!

You can have EWCM several times throughout your cycle

I wouldn't rely on cm as an indication.
I conceived last month and during my peak I didn't even have ewcm.

If you can/have time, having sex every 2-3 days in your cycle should still catch the ovulation day, as sperm lives up to 5 days inside your uterus. The ovulation tests are a bit of an art, some people on the threads are really good at using them, and some of the cheapy ones don't always work/aren't reliable.

Also sometimes the LH surge is in the afternoon, so an alternative to regular sex, could be to do the ovulation test twice a day, morning and evening, to catch the surge. Hope it helps!

We have been trying a new tactic this month of DTD every day 🥵 as it’s the only thing we haven’t tried 😅 I’m on day 16 today and just got this test, would you say this is my peak?

I would say it’s your peak if the next OPK you take has a line that is lighter. If the next OPK is darker then that’s your peak.

Update.. day 17 a lot of wet creamy CM and no doubt about today being my peak 😅 so anyone reading this in the future definitely don’t go by your CM!
