What's going on?

Had coil removed on January 11th and was bleeding at that time so next period due 8th Feb ish I think! No idea if I ovulated because I don't track. So I've had lower abdominal cramping, headaches, dizziness and nausea for a few days and this morning started with the gagging whilst brushing my teeth which is all signs I had with my first child. So did test and it's negative - starting to think it's all in my mind! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Could be a hormonal thing because you've had the coil removed.

Look up the ‘mirena crash’, I had mine out in October, about 4/5 weeks later I had ALL the symptoms possible, it was mad (baring in mind I’m really not a fertile person at all!) but I wasn’t pregnant, it’s a thing that your hormones can go a bit mad after having it out and it can present like being pregnant xx

I had coil removed on 10th jan. I never had periods on it though so I’ve been doing opk to try to track cycle. So far I haven’t ovulated but had symptoms on and off. I think it’s all just to do with your hormones regulating again as it’s hormones that cause symptoms anyway. Very frustrating though. I’ve got no idea of my cycle at the moment. Waiting to either ovulate or AF to arrive so at least I know something is happening.

Thanks everyone! I was starting to think I'm going crazy! I'm gagging brushing my teeth and feel sick to my stomach all day! Crazy what your body does! I'll see if AF appears and go from there 🤷🏻‍♀️
