Dull ache pain since ovulation

Can you feel a corpus luteum cyst so soon? It's not painful just really annoying 😒 currently 3dpo.

I’m not sure but I’ve been going through this since 2dpo and I’m 5dpo now. It’s settled now but for those few days I had a lot of cramping and dull achy full feeling in my uterus. I have heard that this can be because the tubes are trying to push the egg down to the womb. But can’t be sure!

Thank you! I've also read when you ovulate water can leak and cause pain in the tubes
