Seven seas and SMEP

Hi so me and my boyfriend have been trying on and off for a year and no luck with getting pregnant anyways I seen about SMEP so we are starting that method today. And I’ve just started seven seas ‘trying for a baby” and I was just wondering if anyone has taken these tablet and carried out the SMEP method. Any help would be appreciated I really want to be a mum x

hi @Charlie1544 i knoe this post is almost a year ago and i hope all is well wirh you but i hope you dont mind sharing how things are now and if the smep method helped. Im now trying to encourage my husband to try this as its been over two years now we have not prevented from conceiving and no luck so far...mind u i recently found out i have high prolactin levels but no confirmation yet as to whether its impacting on my conceiving.
