TTW after MC driving myself nuts

So after a surprise and unexpected pregnancy at 42 it sadly ended in a traumatic mc on the 10th Jan.

OH and I decided to try again. according to temps and clear blue advanced opk I ovulated 2 weeks later. I am now on 8dpo of the TWW and driving myself mad.

I know it’s so unlikely to conceive again so soon after my first mc 9 years ago it took 1 year to get pregnant again

I’m so sorry to hear about your MC. I had a chemical last month and am in my TWW at the moment. I am 8DPO too, due my period around 6 feb assuming the chemical didn’t mess things up.

Hi OP I'm on the Tww as well after miscarriages and chemicals galore last year. I'm pretty stable overall but the TWW kills me each month. I spend so much money on tests. This month I stocked up on cheap ones so I can scratch the itch without beggaring myself. Here for solidarity ✌️ but I don't have any answers.

we went for a 6 weeks scan (due to my previous history) there was an empty womb. We then had a fraught 7 days of back and forth to hospital for bloods and scans as they thought ectopic, luckily all passed naturally.

I promised myself I would be chilled in the tww we were not trying to conceive before so if it happens it will be nice. However, now it’s happened I realise I want a baby and am checking every symptom.

im temping but yesterday my son woke me an hour earlier and today I woke up at 5am and was vomiting, rest of family are ok so must be something I ate, but of course temp at 7.30 was then sky rocker high at 37.08 and not accurate.

I stupidly did an opk this morning but it’s reset to baseline with a blank smiley.

i really want to be pregnant. But know realistically at 42 with my record it’s so unlikely.

I’ll test Saturday at 12dpo and see. Monday if I can hold out that long.

My boobs aren’t swollen or anything yet though, not even the ore
period swell, nothing other than cramps which i now think is the bug

BFN today on a cheap Morrisons one and low fertility on opk, plus zero symptoms. So now coming to terms with expecting period Tues/Wednesday next week burst in to tears several times today. Next rome!
