Hi girls, long story short. Been trying for a year now and my cycles are regular they are either 28 days or 29 days, this cycle is really strange I’m late coming on I started spotting really really lightly pink spotting cycle day 32 (I’m never this late I usually start spotting before then) and ive not fully came on my period at all, it’s just every time I wipe there’s slight spotting, I feel very different in myself and my boobs have been so sore. Can anyone please give me some advice as I don’t know what’s going on I don’t want to test just yet. Thanks girls x

It sounds like you could well be pregnant. If your cycles are usually 28/29 days and you're on CD 32 now, you are already late and a test would be very reliable at this point. Spotting can be very normal in pregnancy too, so please don't worry if you are pg. Best of luck

Thank you for your reply. That’s true if it was a period I would of came on by now as I’m always regular and quite heavy and this just feels different and odd. I’ll give it until the weekend to test just to be sure z

Hiya, I didn’t test now I ended up coming on my period quite heavy 😭 a week late! Had all the signs, I swear our bodies play tricks on us xx

@Username119 ah sorry to hear that! I had a month like that recently, I was CONVINCED I was pregnant! I try to take it as a positive sign that my progesterone is doing its thing which is positive for pregnancy in the future 🙂Wishing you luck for the next cycle!

Thank you so much darling, does it? I always worry I’ve got problems with progesterone or estrogen and that’s why I’m not getting pregnant :( we’ve been ttc for a year now, been told by a psychic it will happen in March thou lol so we’ll see xxx

@Username119 Well the way I see it is that if progesterone is the hormone that causes both PMS and Pregnancy symptoms until the HCG kicks in from a pregnancy, then if youre getting symptoms before missed period, your Progesterone must be working away...
