BBT HELP??

Hey ladies! After some help.. 6th cycle TTC and my first full cycle of tracking BBT.. is this normal for my temperature to keep going down like this? Currently on cycle day 13. The bit circled I had a cough/cold so think my temp was up from this but been fine since!

Some people get a dip just as ovulation happens or sometimes it just happens for no reason I had a big temp drop quite early on in my cycle for zero reason 🤦🏼‍♀️ Do you use any other ways to track? Charting can be a bit of a minefield and you only really learn your individual pattern the more you chart. How long are your cycles normally?

yes frustrating I don’t have another month to compare it to yet! Cycles vary from 26-31 days seem to be different every month! I’m using ovulation strips and again get my surge anywhere between day 12-16! I’m on cycle day 13 at the moment so i wonder if my temperature drop means it’s coming in the next couple of days 🤞🏽
