The TWW begins - testing 11/12 Feb.

Hi all

I’ve commented on a few threads but thought I would start a new one for anyone who may have ovulated over the weekend and now starting the TWW? Officially 1DPO today.

This is our first cycle trying to conceive #1. I came off the pill a few weeks ago, had my normal withdrawl bleed. Had flashing smileys last week with the static appearing on Saturday. I will assume I ovulated yesterday as I had a fair few cramps.

Anyone else in the same boat?

9dpo today and couldn't resist a test. BFN for me. I know there is still time but think I'm gonna be out. Got slight period pain still but feeling hormonal now. These are all normal pmt symptoms for me. Will wait now as due on in about a week.

Hey, 7dpo today but sadly again not feeling many symptoms as I expected to. Last time I was pregnant (though it didn’t go full term), it was kind of like the classic signs. Sore breasts, then around 6dpo migraines and implantation bleed, etc. whereas now I feel like I’m having to look for symptoms?

i have noticed that I’ve got heart burn and dry mouth (which I never had before I had to Google what my mouth felt like lol) and sore nipples still but it’s all so faint and could be caused by so many things that it’s just not promising! I know many people don’t implant this early but still not feeling super hopeful! Sorry a bit of a downer! I hope you’re doing better than me xx

I have heard of a toothpaste test, and a dettol one 🤣 like old wives tales of tests lol

I only know of these two but a quick Google search showed loads 😂

Basically it's mixing 1 part toothpaste or dettol to 2 parts urines. Any frothing or colour changes in 3 mins means HGC has reacted with the product.

Anyone else getting really low stomach aches when you do too much... Like house work, lifting another child ect. Seems to make mine more noticeable and very aware of my stomach ATM if that even makes sense 🙃

9DPO I had a terrible sleep last night after feeling exhausted most of yesterday. Have one sore boob I do normally get sore boobs before AF but still currently 5 days from that minimum. How is everyone else feeling?

Morning! Hope you're all doing ok? 7dpo today. Husband came home with clear blue digitals so I'm not sure when to take those. No symptoms this morning. I had some creamy discharge yesterday (sorry about that). I saw some TikTok's yesterday and someone took tests at 7dpo and had faint lines sooooo...

I went for a 45 min walk and found I started to dull cramp and my back started to hurt. Is that a sign or just because I was out for a walk? 😂

Hi ladies, 8dpo today. I had some mild cramps and backache yesterday, at some points it felt sharp. And since yesterday I’ve been super bloated and thirsty, today literally drinking like a fish. Not really noticed anything else. Still just one single sore nipple! 😂 I wanna try one of those homemade pregnancy tests for fun

@LittleMiss2023 haha! I've definitely found walking a bit more of a slog. But I've also definitely been over exaggerating anything to could be a symptom. I saw on another thread that bleeding gums are sometimes, and I thought, 'maybe my gums were bleeding two days ago because I'm pregnant, not because of that seed that I over-flossed out' 😂

@Peachyplumm I think you should try one! I googled it and saw the toothpaste and urine test. Let us know how you get on!

I just got hit by a big wave of nausea, I feel utterly sick. Kind of like when you’ve not eaten, except I’m not hungry and ate recently. I have had nausea as PMS once before though so can’t be sure if that’s a pg symptom or just run up to AF. Or maybe I ate something bad? I am as bloated as a whale so could be that

@madeofcodes i was looking into getting digital too, I think you can take them 4 days before expected period. It would be nice to be told straight up pregnant or not pregnant! But if it’s too early and you get ‘not pregnant’ might be a bit upsetting! I think you should try to use digital closer to your period to avoid that. I’ve got some frers for Tuesday. x

@Peachyplumm good thanks! Made it through the hen party last night with very minimal drinking. Was still out till 2am so I’m shattered!

Im 6dpo so I think implantation should be around now-ish.

Limited symptoms, a few cramps yesterday and still have itchy nipples and they’re driving me mad! going to aim to test on Thursday I think, but I only have cheap strips so not sure how good they’ll be!

Your nausea is a great sign I think, best of luck!

@madeofcodes it was okay actually! I had a Prosecco to start so that it was clear I was ‘drinking’, had about half of that, then had a Diet Coke on the go while literally sipping wine and a cocktail over the evening which I actually barely touched. In total probably had about 1 and a half drinks. I surprised myself making it to 2am!

a few people noticed I was drinking less than usual and I turned down all shots but I just said I was driving this morning.

Do you think you’ll test soon or are you planning to hold out?

Ladies. I caved. I tested. BNF. CD25 and 8DPO (same time roughly I had my previous BFPs) Annoyed at myself for testing now.

Interesting! My gym were bleeding quite a bit the other night, but just assumed it was cause I hadn’t flossed for a couple of days! 😂

Ive just woken up for the day, and had quite dul cramping as I was falling asleep, almost to the point of getting a hot water bottle, but not quite there.

Every pregnancy is different, it’s still super early. ❤️ And maybe you got your ovulation just slightly off this time. Test again on Tuesday with us all ☺️X

I know I'm early.

Just looked back at my diaries and although I have had my BFPs between CD24&26 with my previous pregnancies I have always been around 11-12DPO at that time. I'm only 8DPOdespite being on CD 25 now so just need to keep that in mind.
