Hi

DP and I are wanting to go ahead and try home insems.

No factors either side. DP is finding the pressure to perform hard, resulting in not ejaculating. So we think this could be a good step to take some pressure off and actually start enjoying sex for sex again.

I've seen the kits to buy, and going to order pre seed.

I suppose I'm just after any tips or ticks or success stories?

Also,
Do I mix some pre seed with the sperm? I've read some do, but then some use for inside vagina

Can I ask did you go ahead with this method? Did you buy a kit?

My husband and I are considering it as an option due to same reasons as you.

We did and currently have a 9 month old 🥳

I didn't buy the kit, we used a Calpol syringe and a yoghurt pot 😂
Worked on 3rd month.

Yeah they honestly aren't needed.

I hope it goes well for you, it definitely helped taking the pressure off.

we are using this method as a same sex couple. had our first try today, now into the dreaded TWW.

Yes the pressure is a lot isn't it. I think even now I know there's a back up option, I feel much calmer.
