All my positives have only ever been Clearblue (normal, not digital - but haven't tried digital)

LadyOfWaffle · 06/02/2008 15:17

worst worst worst is Tesco, the evapouration lines really send you off in a tizz.

biglips · 06/02/2008 15:17

ive tried CB digital and First Response ones. Both can be use up to 4 days before AF arrive.

Good luck

kayzr · 06/02/2008 15:20

I've tried quite a few. The digital ones are really the best as they give you and answer in words and you arent left guessing if that line is really a line

jumpingbeans · 06/02/2008 15:23

We never had preggy tests, when you missed 3 months you went to the doctors with a big bottle of wee, and we never had scans and the only way to find out what you were having was dangle your wedding ring from a bit of cotton over your bump 50% right every time

sophiewd · 06/02/2008 15:24

Clear Blue Digital, you are either pregnant or not pregnant, no lines to worry about.

I am obessesed with this at the moment Isobella and will watch this with interest.

I have done two tests - TEsco Cheapie on CD33 and Predictor on CD36 - both of which were negative (I am now on CD37)

notmyrtle · 06/02/2008 17:08

I don't like the blue dye +/- ones.

Anyone else got an opinion to share?

I've never got a positive with Predictor, even when getting clear, dark postives for a week with other brands!

My last two pregnancies (which both sadly ended in m/c at 6wk + )were both confirmed with ebay cheapies. I then double checked with sainsburys cheapies and then went to the clinic and got it confirmed a 3rd time, 'officially'
willmouse I usually have cycles from 28-30 days, but last month It was a 49 day cycle! I blamed xmas for my long cycle, I didn't 'o' until day 37, and AF reared her ugly head on day 49 This month I 'O' on day 9 so its going to be a short cycle. Do you no when you ovulated? (I was mad enough to test nearly every day from about day 26 even when I was pretty sure that I hadn't 'O') I.m too obsessive, so I,m glad that I use ebay cheapies to confirm otherwise I would be bankrupt!!

MrsPuddleduck · 06/02/2008 20:25

Emsy1 I think I o'vd somewhere between D21 and D23 - so I suppose it could still be a bit early. I have never had a cycle so long before though!

Emmsy1 · 06/02/2008 20:41

willmouse fingers crossed that you will get a BFP in the next few days! It really p***ed me off last month, it's the BFN that get you down when AF is late. Good luck hun,try not to test on a daily basis (easier said than done, I hear myself saying) I'm sure you Will know very soon one way or another!
