Conception tips! TTC 6 months

Hi all

I'm nearly 31 and have been TTC for just over 6 months now, with no luck.
I was on the pill for many years and came off it last June. My periods returned immediately and are completely regular and according to ovulation tests I'm ovulating fine and on time too.
Does anyone know of any tips, even old wives tales, to help conceive??
I know I'm being impatient but it's difficult to remain calm when others conceive so easily!

Thanks xx

If you've been tracking and know roughly which day you ovulate each cycle, DTD leading up to ovulation, ovulation day and the day after for good measure.

Sperm can live up to 5 days and its best they are waiting for the egg!

And congrats!

Stay positive, ttc might take up to 12 months. Stats say over 70% of couples get pregnant only in 8-12th month.

@laulau9 TTC is such a tough journey. We have been trying for 10 months and just got our BFP this week. It was the first month using the Fertilily Cup and that was the only thing that we did differently. Obviously, it could be a complete coincidence but worth a shot!

Sperm meets egg plan worked for me twice...although it pretty much sets out what PP is saying, DTD in lead up to and day of ovulation. Good luck OP!
