Has anyone got experience with clearblue pregnancy tests and evaps? Period is due in a couple of days so took this. This appeared within the ten mins but I assumed it was negative when I first took it.

It could honestly be either. Have you got any pink dye tests you could use? They seem to be more reliable than the blue tests. The line isn't super faint on your test though which is a good sign

@WishToBeContent thanks for replying, yes I used a first response as well but it appeared negative. It's been binned now, I think I was just so upset when a line didn't appear instantly and threw it out. Been trying for years.

I'm really sorry to hear that 🥺. You're not out yet as AF is still a few days away. Maybe test in a few days? Do you have any symptoms yet?

It really is. The waiting part is the hardest. Let me know if you manage to take another test over the next few days. Sending you lots of good luck!

I’ve had bad indents/evaps with clear blue in December and I thought I was pregnant. I also kept getting lines on cheaper tests. It was really disheartening because then a few days later I was negative.

Clearblue are shit. I had a good line with one a couple of months ago - was faint within the window but then darkened to a proper line. It definitely wasn’t a chemical. I googled at the time and CB are notorious.

It doesn’t mean you’re not pregnant, but check with a pink dye test.
