Clear blue advanced ovulation, flashing smiley, solid smiley now blank

Im testing after Mmc 2 weeks ago (the pregnancy test showed negative a week ago)

I started using the clear blue advanced ovulation and temping
CD 9 - Low - blank
CD 10 - high - flashing
CD 11 - high - flashing
CD 12 - high in the AM flashing Peak solid smiley in the PM
peak remains solid for 48hours
today CD 14 blank - low - blank

My temp hasn’t risen yet. Although, I’ve been trying to take it at 7am each morning but have been woken up by the dogs or Hubbys alarm at between 5-6am each morning, where I’ve been staying in bed or getting up for a wee and temping at 7am.

Did I not ovulate or is it a baseline again now?

Why did you test again in the pm and then again on cd14?

Sorry temping won't be reliable if you're being intermittently disturbed and certainly won't if you're getting up for a wee.

You should take it as soon as you wake up with absolute minimal movement, at the same time each day.

I was reading and some sources say best to take at same time each day regardless of getting up for a wee or being disturbed and dozing. Others say before you move as long as in the same 2 hour time frame.

Do you think I can rely on the opk? I’ve had my amh level tested, I might book a scan to see if I have ovulated.

@Diasy31980 I might be wrong but I thought the smiley would always reset back to a blank circle after your peak, because it think it’s a new cycle and starts again! I’ve never used it again after peak so I can’t say for myself but that’s what I’ve heard ☺️ I’ve never temped so can’t help on that front but I relied on opks and ewcm for a rough guide xx

Interesting it’s back to a flashing smiley today so it’s been

ive also had a temp spike this morning which hopefully means ovulation happened and the ewcm has gone watery

I will say when using these to conceive my son 8 years ago after another mc it was the month I stopped using them I fell pregnant

The flashing would just be the estrogen surge which stays after the LH surge, hopefully my levels will stay elevated and hopefully so will my temp

Hey @Diasy31980 - did you continue to test after the flashing on CD15? I’m in the same boat so thought I would see if anything happened after?
I got my peak on the 28th and stayed static until yesterday (30th). This is my first month TTC and using OPK’s so out of curiosity, I tested once the smile disappeared and it was blank. Again curiosity got me this morning (31st) and it was flashing?

I left it until this morning 9dpo and of course it had reset and was blank. So not sure. Was up vomiting this morning food poisoning I think so my temp is wildly out today to

Temp still up today but again I think it’s the effects from yesterday still. I find it funny that my temp always drops after I get up so it at 37.10 bbt then when I was up and wondering around my ear temp was 37.1 but the one I use for bbt showed 36.5
