Bleeding 15 days after AF TTC

Been TTC for Baby #2 around 8 months. Had a miscarriage in August. Cycles been fairly regular since. This month AF started 3rd January and was only 3 days. I didn’t get a peak ovulation test this month and now I’ve started bleeding again 15 days later. We DTD CD 7,8 and 13. What does this mean?

It could mean various things; I think you can experience this type of breakthrough bleeding with an anovulatory cycle but no one here can tell you exactly what it means.
