Period late, negative test (not ttc)

I'm using the Flo app to track my cycle. My period is 1 day late which has not happened since I stopped using hormonal contraception and switched to avoiding sex during ovulation/withdrawal. I think I've been really careful, my chances of pregnancy are low at this point, aren't they? I don't want to be pregnant, I know a lot of people don't trust apps or withdrawal method but it's worked for me for the past year.

If you’re a day late and getting a negative test then it’s unlikely. Sometimes we just get an off cycle with no clear reason behind it. If you still haven’t started in another few days I’d test again just to check.

Thank you, I'm panicking about ovulating later than the app said and having sex during that time. And when I think logically that a negative test probably means no pregnancy, I'm thinking about menopause! I'm 34 and clearly struggle when things don't go as I expect them to. 😆
