Tingling/ letdown sensation

I was wondering if anyone has had tingly/ letdown sensation before BFP? I have had some other pregnancy symptoms. breast tenderness is a common AF symptom for me but not like this. I’m 10 dpo

Tingling nipples and absolute agony if they were touched was an early symptom all three times for me

thank you for replying. I took a test this morning and it was negative. I have had a lot of symptoms such as nausea, twinges/ cramps , fatigue and headache also the breast tingling. I had a chemical last month.
