Period late

We are TTC2. My period is one day late. I'm regular as clockwork. I also normally have spotting before period but nothing at all. I have had a negative pregnancy test but positive LH test. I don't think I'm pregnant I had a strong positive with my first 2/3 days before I was due.

So confused as to what is going on and convinced myself I'm going through early menopause. I'm only 32 😭😭😭

Has anyone had anything like this before after being super regular?

Id wait a few days and test with a frer? Maybe you ovulated later than you thought?

Most people get the odd random cycle. Did you have a positive OPK earlier on this month? It might just be that you're ovulating really late this cycle and that's what the OPK is showing (it wouldn't show up positive when a preg test isn't if you were pregnant). When we conceived DD2 I actually ovulated CD24 that cycle, even though my 'normal' was between CD16 and 18...

No I never actually got a positive as it was new year time and really busy. Maybe I'm just having an odd cycle! Want my AG to come now so can start afresh now
