Hi I’m ttc my second and was wondering if anyone can suggest any prenatal brands. Currently on the pill and I’m planning on starting some prenatal and vitamins before coming off it . Previously I took seven sea trying to conceive however I’m thinking the pregnacare conceive max looks really good and seems to include the additional vitamins which can be beneficial.
Any advice will be really appreciated. Thanks you

I took the pregnacare max for while . You take 3 tablets a day. They seemed to offer the best in terms of vitamins and price compared to similar brands on drugstore shelf. . Price really reflects in vitamins tho. Cheap ones are full of fillers and binders and cheap generic vitamin mix .If you can afford to splurge tho and want to invest in good quality supplements I'd recommend viridian or terranova.
I switched and currently take terranova prenatal which I really like , it has all the important essentials plus some extra freeze dried veg and fruit powder and then I now take extra one by viridian its a pregnancy omega liquid and it has dha ect all the important omegas just to be sure I'm getting enough for egg quality and its important for brain development should you get pregnant

Thank you 😊 Yes I agree and I would definitely be willing to spend on good quality vitamins for those additional benefits. Are terranova and viridian uk brands? Cant seem to find them. I guess I might try the pregnacare Max and see how I get on.

@MrsNA The Equi London Pregnancy Formula also has an omega three, they are quite expensive because its all the best ingredients without filler, and is a UK company. The website is really informative too!
