Temp tracking

Hi everyone,

This will be my second month TTC. I have looked online but wanted some advice on tracking temperature for ovulation? I have bought a thermometer. Do you ladies take your temp the same day every day? Any advice gratefully received. We aren't telling anyone we are TTC and finding it hard already!!

I use natural cycles (as a preventative but it can be used to track ovulation). I’d suggest signing up to their app so you can put your temp in daily and they will tell you when you’re ovulating, it’s very easy.

They advise to do your temp daily as soon as you wake up, before you get out of bed.
