Faulty clear blue tests same shop!

So, late period, three days ago got a pack of 2 clear blue early detection and both were faulty as in the little window that fills to show the test is working wudnt fill. Bought another pack today from same store and used one of them again and the same thing!! £8 a packet. So £16 down the drain if the last test doesnt work. Can i call clearblue to complain? I have both packings?

Did you have enough urine on it? It would be incredibly unlikely that two packs were faulty and probably more likely to be down to user error

Yes you can, it's all in the info booklet, you ring and they'll send you out new tests and you send the faulty ones back to them

I'd recommend peeing in a cup and dipping rather than peeing on the stick itself because it sounds like maybe you didn't pee on it for long enough.
