Cycle changed since loss

I used to have a 28 day cycle and would always ovulate cycle day 14. Since my miscarriage in November. My cycles are now 34 days long and I seem to ovulate cycle day 20.
Little bit worried cause it’s never been like this. I know many women have different cycles but does it mean anything by ovulating 20 days into a cycle ?

It’s good that your lutual phase is still nice and long (14 days). I don’t think it being on day 20 is an issue as such but I suspect it’s just taking a while to settle post miscarriage (can take a few months I think) - my cycle was off for a good 3/4 months. So sorry for your loss :(

There shouldn’t be an issue with it being later in the cycle since your luteal phase is still similar. As pp said it might revert back after some time. After my loss I mostly still ovulated on cd19/20 the same as before, apart from my last cycle in August which was 5 days later on cd24, and that was the cycle I conceived.

Sorry for your loss, and good luck with ttc.

I had a couple of cycles ovulating a bit later after mc, I think your body is just all out of sync to be honest but I felt really stressed about it xx
