How do you cope with TTC long term ?

This time last year I was pregnant with my first pregnancy a week later I had a MC been TTC ever since with no joy , GP is now referring us to a fertility clinic. How do you all cope with the disappointment every month ? It's getting unbearable, I dread AF arriving every month and I know I'm just hyper sensitive but the whole world seems to be getting pregnant .

Therapy. Black humour. Avoiding fertile people.

I looked on my period as a sign that my body was working and it was another chance to try, I also said I wasn't pregnant until I saw a test line so lived apart from the trying.. Separated myself from it - no more two week waits etc.. Thought of alternative lives with no kids and what I could/would do and got myself excited about lovely projects that meant a lot to me and were fulfilling..
