I have had the depo provera, last shot 11th August 2022. I had a little bleed around 4 weeks ago and keep getting cramps/back ache, normal period symptoms. Is this more of a withdrawal thing, or can I expect my period soon? I know everyone's bodies are different but would be good to hear other peoples experience!
