Looks like my AF has started today.

I wasnt actively trying but genuinely thought a happy surprise was pending after AF went on a 4 day holiday. I'm feeling quite low about it tonight. Thought I'd open a room for those in similar situations this cycle... Come in, make a cuppa and let's get our frustration, upset, disappointment out.
(and maybe avoid the TTC for a few days while our uteruses also demonstrate their upset at this lol)

I'm day 5 of AF so hopefully I'll be free of her tomorrow! I'm having a more relaxed approached this month and not DTD just because I'm in my window. I'm very much of the if it happens, it happens crew for January.

I think OH and I will end up just "not trying, just not preventing" in the coming months. My OH has seen how much I'm gutted by this game AF played this month.
