Hi, I have been trying to conceive for nearly a year and have recently started tracking BBT as well as doing OPKs. I thought I would find the BBT stressful but actually find it really interesting and happy that it has confirmed ovulation!
i’m just a bit confused as my temp raise for ovulation was 2 days before I got a peak OPK on the clearblue advanced ones? Is this normal? And would I go by the temp raise as the actual ovulation date?
