@TheBirdintheCave If you pop into hoots you'll see the vitamin sprays. Really weird. I've not personally taken any but know they are really popular.

@TheBirdintheCave There they are. You can get 1000 one as well which is what I take now. But took 3000 for first 3 months to get it back up.

They’re super easy as don’t need water to drink and with how many tablets I was taking anyway. Nice for no extra tablet. You just spray into side of cheek. And tastes like chewing gum lol. Quite refreshing.

think it’s 100 sprays. So lasts 3 months. Ish.

@bunnykins123 @TheBirdintheCave yeah it was today. It went well I think! He did an internal scan, said my lining was 10.2mm thick so where it should be for day 21?! Having not known my thickness ever he said it was good 🤷🏼‍♀️. Ovaries all look good and I had ovulated too.
Now just have to wait 4 weeks for the results to see what/if anything is going on in there. I can't try in the meantime either so another cycle just waiting xxx

@FfayeN The waiting must be the worst part :( BUT it will all be worth it if you get a diagnosis. I feel like you're on the home straight now!

The red only lasted an hour or so and then I went back to spotting brown which I'm getting fed up with. Day 10 post surgery now so surely it must be stopping soon 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a hard day today as we got a postcard from our (very self centred) friends saying that they hoped we had a good Christmas and new year, even though they knew about the miscarriage. It was only sent four days ago so it's not like it got lost in the post or something. I was really upset as I was just starting to put all of it behind me and this dredged it up again 🙄

Tomorrow will be hard too my sister-in-law has her 20 week scan. I'm very unlucky so it's like a 100% guarantee that they'll have a girl as a daughter is what I so desperately want 😢

I'm sorry they were so insensitive! At least you know how they are so hopefully hit a little less hard on you. Other people's scans are always hard to take, not because of jealousy, just because you so desperately want one yourself xxx

@FfayeN that's really good that all went well today. It's such a relief when you get good news after investigations. Big tick next to that one! Is this testing for NK cells or something else? Really hoping you get some answers as part of the tests.

@TheBirdintheCave I think my post mmc spotting was about 2 weeks. It was driving me nuts after a while as there wasn't much of it, but enough to have to wear a panty liner. You have my sympathy! Hopefully it'll stop soon. Oh that is insensitive, I don't think people think half the time. I agree with @FfayeN other peoples scans are hard. Try to not think about it too much, I know that's easier said than done. You will get your little rainbow baby, it will happen!

@FfayeN It's two weeks today :) I'm hoping I ovulate before then and that they can check for me on the scan that it actually happened 😂

@bunnykins123 yes amongst a couple of other things. He described it as the cells in the different layers of the lining. So testing for how good they are and whether they're too good, not good enough or just right...like the Goldilocks of uterine lining 🤣 xx

I'm really glad that many of us are in the process of some investigations into what is going on - I hope everyone gets some answers soon so we can plan next steps, whatever they might be.

The longer it is, the more I think mine was a chemical. I'm having a period that is much longer 'period' than normal heaviness wise and it's brown rather than red. All different to normal.

Don't know if it's a good thing if my body can conceive even if not successful, or if this is the start of what could be a series of heartbreaks.

@monsteramunch I think it's always a positive sign if sperm is meeting egg even if there's not a positive outcome. You know it can happen and there's no reason that it won't stick next time :)

I wonder if I should tell my GP I think I had a CP when we catch up after DP's semen analysis.

I'm almost worried that if I do they'll delay the next steps as they'll think well they're conceiving just not successfully so we should let them keep trying naturally for longer...

@FfayeN I was hoping so but it seems to have stopped again. I'm so surprised as it was proper bleeding 🤔 My body is very odd it seems.
