HiYA,

So need some advice please lovelies. My periods were all over the place but for the last 5 months they were bk to normal. My last period was the 22nd of Nov 2022 and all I had is negative test results. I just did another test this evening and it was negative. It's really getting me down I'm 32 and we have been TTC since August 2021. I have insomnia, tender boobs, clear EW discharge and constipation too. No sign of AF.

What shall I do now?

What is they cause of your irregular periods?

I think you need to get to the bottom of that in order to aim to get pregnant

otherwise it is impossible to say that you are pregnant given your history

They always have be irregular, that's why I was on the pill on and off for 10 years or so at the age of 15 onwards. 🙂

Constipation was a definite early sign with my DC.

Have you considered hormone testing? I did it after ttc for a while and it turned out I had lower hormones than is preferred for conception.
I used Superdrug, I think it was around £50
