Hi,

I was originally meant to start my period on the 30th of December but I was late three full days before starting to bleed yesterday afternoon. I'm very crampy although they are minimal at the moment. When it started yesterday the first signs were tiny dark red blood clots which has never happened before. The colour has ranged from light pink to a bit of dark red but has always returned to bright pink when I'm sure it would be dark red by now.

I don't think I'm pregnant as I have no symptoms (apart from falling asleep on Saturday after eating very little) so haven't tested.

What do you think? Chance of implantation or just a very slow period because it's driving me insane.

Take a test. The bleeding won’t affect the results of a urine test

It could have been a chemical pregnancy @Phoenixwings1989 I had one end of Dec, I’m bleeding now and I’m having tiny clots (which I’ve never had with a normal period) x

Maybe but clotting is pretty ordinary for me with periods. Bleeding has stopped for now and lasted under 72 hours. I've had a few periods to this prior so not sure what to make of it.
