Does anyone else's contraception cause weight gain?

Hi.
I'm currently pregnant, but when DD is here, I will be going back onto a progestin-only pill. Does anyone else suffer from weight gain?

I read an article that explains how the pill can cause weight gain, and I'm not sure if I should maybe swap pills.

Have you looked at getting a coil? I’ve had one on and off for years and have found them really good. Don’t have to worry about periods and they last for 5 years
