Hi ladies, 9dpo today and I took a test (clear and simple) it was a dark positive that appeared after about 30 seconds or so but then a few minutes later it changed back to negative. So I'm going to wait and test in a few days again. Anyone else in their TWW? ✨

@KeepxFaith me! I'm 10dpo and tested today, also BFN. I was quite hopeful this month but feeling pretty deflated now... Sorry to hear about your positive turned negative, how odd? you must be quite disappointed, understandably. Will you be testing again tomorrow?

My period is due in a couple of days. I'd love to test now as I have been feeling very out of sorts for the past 2 weeks (tiredness but unable to sleep, vivid dreams, nausea, headaches, heartburn, runny nose etc) but I have family over until this weekend and don't want to test with them all still under my feet, then potentially have to lie to them until they leave! So just going to patiently wait for my period and see what happens.

@NatGee Sorry to hear that! When are you going to test again? Do you have any symptoms? I know it was very strange I didn’t have my hopes up before I looked at the test because I assumed it would be negative anyway (we’ve been trying for 4 or so months with no luck) so it shocked the life out of me when it came up positive. I would like to wait until Friday to do another test but I don’t know if I’ll be able to 😅

@KeepxFaith I'd test now already, I wouldn't be able to wait if I had a positive that turned negative!
This will be "officially" the first month! We've been "not trying but not not trying" for around 6 months, didn't track when ovulating, didn't check my period apps etc, though. Trying very hard not to symptom spot but have felt crap for the past two weeks and that's not normal for me, I haven't even had a cold in about 2 years. Crossing my fingers but also definitely not and not getting any hopes up 😂

Well I did I held my pee in for 4 hours and took a frer at half 12 today 😂 but that was negative. I think hcg levels wouldn’t have built up again in that time so I’m not worrying too much about it. Ran out of tests tho so might go to the shop tonight and get some cheapies. Yeah we done that for a few months before trying too. Are you tracking ovulation/period apps now that your TTC or still no? Well it could be the month for you 😁✨I was convinced last month was the month for me I was so nauseous and the day my period was due I was vomiting too (which is not like me at all I never get sick) and my partner god love him got his hopes up but it was just a bug!

That’s interesting @KeepxFaith the exact same thing happened to me 4 days ago! Bfp for about 30 seconds then gone. I haven’t retested but I’m slightly late now, so I’m going to wait until Thursday and test then if af doesn’t appear by then
let me know how yours goes when you retake!

@Thatskindafun are you ever usually late? Good luck for testing on Thursday 💕 I took another test this morning with fmu and it was stark negative! Beginning to think that the first test was a faulty one

@KeepxFaith not normally no, but I was a couple of days late the first month we tried, it really got my hopes up and I was a bit crushed, so trying to let it go this month and assume somethings just happened to make me late…and get a vanishing BFP on a test.
I suspect af is coming today actually.

Ah yes maybe you're right, when are you going to test again? I bought an ovulation and pregnancy test kit on amazon and have been using those, they're literally just the strips (no plastic casing) as they were loads cheaper and I heard there's less chance of indent. I hope your next one is positive!!

Yep doing some tracking now! I have two apps (Flo and Get Baby although I haven't used the latter much, they seem identical to me) and tried ovulation sticks. I wasn't sure how they worked so just had sex once or twice a day for a week the second there was any colour on the stick 😂It's so strange how your body acts super weirdly for a couple of weeks so that you're convinced you're pregnant, but then it turns out to be something else. I don't know if it's down to insane symptom spotting or just pure coincidence!

I’m in the tww. 8 dpo I think. 2 bfn, but I’m still too early. Have had some promising symptoms. Extreme fatigue, bloating, today I had hot flashes, increased appetite, mild cramping and after I just got home from work I noticed I am now spotting brown blood. I’ve never had IB with my other 2 children, but I’m thinking this is a good sign. My bf was throwing up Saturday for no apparent reason so he’s certain he’s getting my symptoms. We are super hopeful for a valentines weekend conceived baby haha! If this is indeed IB I’m hoping for a bfp this weekend.
