I had my first round of IVF in summer last year. My work were generally supportive except a few jokes and awkward comments by my boss that were highly inappropriate and very inconsiderate of the way I would be feeling and the enormity of the situation.
I am handing in my notice when I go back after the Christmas holidays but have a long notice period (teacher) so can’t leave until the end of April. I’m going through another round of IVF later this month and haven’t told anyone after last time. I’m not sure I can face going back but don’t want to let people down / look dramatic by going on the sick. Help please!
