When can I expect to bleed?

Hi all

I have recently had a chemical pregnancy - my positives were only ever faint, and I got my first negative on 27 December.

I’m slightly concerned as I’ve not yet started bleeding. Can I ask when you started bleeding after suffering a CP please?

Keen to draw a line under it now and move onto the next cycle, but just feel in limbo at the minute whilst I wait for a bleed that isn’t forthcoming.

Thank you in advance x

I bled a few days later. I didn't get a negative test. I started bleeding after sex. I ended up beating myself up but sex can't cause miscarriage I think it just helped it along. So sorry for your loss x

So sorry to hear about your chemical ☹️ I had one at the start of the month too. I had a positive test at 4 weeks, but started bleeding at 5 weeks. I still had a very very faint line when the spotting started, the started bleeding properly the day after. So I would say it will probably start soon for you.

Just to pass on some positivity for you, my ovulation started exactly when it would normally, 18 days after bleeding started. They say you're super fertile after a chemical or MC so we've tried again this month and I'm in the dreaded 2ww.
