Hello!

I am just starting my first round of IVF!! Iv been prescribed Noresthiserone to delay period until they are ready. Iv taken it for 2 days and I’m feeling so nauseous. I’m a paramedic and almost threw up bringing a patient in. Does this get better? how have other people get on it! Iv still got 12 days to go on it!

Hi sorry I can’t help with your question but I wanted to say hello as I also recently started our ivf journey in December. Are you doing the long or short protocol? I did the short so only did 9 days of stims. Unfortunately we had a failed fresh transfer but have one frozen embryo to transfer end of Jan hopefully. I've had my fair share of Norethisterone in the last year with IVF attempts. Speak to your clinic as they can prescribe anti sickness medication whilst you take it.
