Period 3 weeks after miscarriage?

Hi all,

I had a missed miscarriage end of November/early December I passed the last of the miscarriage on the 5th of December and stopped bleeding within a day or two of this. I did a pregnancy test Boxing Day and it was negative and I am now bleeding again today and have period type cramps. Could this be my period already? They were always regular and does feel like it but was told it would take 4-6 weeks for my period to return. I wanted to wait for my period to return before ttc again so fingers crossed this is my period.

I had a mmc end of July start of august, I just looked back on my calendar and I got my first period 19 days after the bleeding ended, think it was 26 days from when I lost the baby so definitely a shorter cycle than normal!
