Hi All,

Just wanting to know if any of you has used the Conceive Plus Ovulation Support Vitamins?

I came off the mini pill back in July and have been TTC ever since but my cycles have been around 38 - 40 days long. I'm currently on CD30 and no sign of ovulation this month from using LH strips and BBT so God knows if I'll get a peak or high reading soon.

It's starting to really get to me as I just wish I'd have a normal cycle so I know where I am each month.. so just want to know if anyone has used these vitamins and they've helped regulate your cycles?

Any advice is appreciated. I've been using Pregnacare before conception multivitamins but these seem like they'd help me out more.

TIA xx

Hey, I had really irregular cycles for nearly a year after my ectopic ranging from 45 - 60+ days and I didn’t even know if I was ovulating some cycles. I started taking these with the fertility support on CD1 and from the first month I ovulated on CD17 and had a 30 day cycle length! Been on them 3 months now and every month has been much more regular. It was the only thing I changed so for me they worked wonders

@Lucylooloo2 thank you so much for replying! I'm definitely going to give them a try on my next cycle. On amazon the reviews were great but was worried some might not have been true reviews. Thanks so much for letting me know. gives me a bit of hope Smile I'm sick of these long cycles! I'm in a few TTC groups on fb and when some ladies say about ovulating on CD14 I think omg how lucky to have them nice and regular haha.. fingers crossed these help me! xx

The ovulation support contains myo inositol which is recommended to support women with a common condition called pcos who aren't ovulating. The Inositol works to control the insulin resistance ( its like a natural form of metfomin) in women with pcos which is the key factor to preventing ovulation. Getting that under control is sometimes enough for women with pcos to have regular periods again and start ovulating . It dosent work for everyone tho, myself included. It didn't help me at all. ( I have pcos)

I wouldn't take without speaking to a practitioner and having yourself accessed as to why your having long cycles as there so many reports of women taking this who don't have pcos , and they all say its messed up their cycles really bad.
