Hello. Can't sleep - possibly hormonal! Am on DHEA as prep for IVF Feb 2023. Just sitting doing an online shop.

What foods are your go to fertility friendly type foods? (Need IVF but not physically impossible for me to fall naturally just v v unlikely)

I have very low egg reserve so any egg quality boosting foods are good too!

It's just sort of hit me that it's really nearly Feb and need to have a last push. Have cut out any junk etc etc for a while but want to just go the extra mile now.

Chicken and beef bone broth. Whole grains. Fruit and veg. Lean proteins like chicken and fish. X

When you're in the tww I think its the same for ivf not sure 🙈 eat chicken and beef bone broth. Loads of it. I read someone who did do ivf and ate this and it helped x

bone broth helps to build a robust uterine lining to support menstrual cycles and embryo implantation.
