If I want to start TTC properly this year, does anyone suggest what vitamins to take?

The most important ones are Folic Acid and Vit D which you can buy at Boots for really cheap.
I am taking proceive woman conception tablets ( pricey) cause I like that is also has iron and other vitamins. You cal also check that your standard Multi has the recommended 400 mcg of folic acid. Ultimately you want to make sure you are taking folic acid before you start TTC
Im following a Mediterranean diet ( less saturated fats, red meat ) focusing on healthy fats, fresh fruit & veg, dairy, lean protein, nuts & seeds my carbs are always whole wheat occasional treat
Exercise: havent been consistent but I know that exercise is important ( not overdoing it) GP really insists I do some swimming or brisk walking 3x a week
Hope this helps!

I've been following a lot of women and they have spoke about what Luissa Zissman recommended which was this blog post with a list of vitamins.
