I had my first flashing smile yesterday but didn’t dtd. I’m not feeling well as I have an awful cold…but really need to find the energy tonight!

My period will be due around 11th Jan. could be before or after as my cycle lengths vary by a few days.

Hi everyone just checking in.
CD 31. 11-13DPO not exact as don't test etc ... not getting too excited yet as normally have 28-34 day cycles. AF not arrived as of yet but had quite strong stomach cramps last 3 days. This is not normal for me - well not that I know but maybe I haven't noticed them before but I am doing now as in the crazy symptom spotting stage haha. Another strange one for me is extremely heightened sense of smell. I came through the front door after work and could distinctly smell cucumber. My husband was in the kitchen slicing some. Is this normal ?? Or am I driving myself crazy symptom spotting lol 😆
Going to try and hold off testing until weds which will be CD36 if AF has not arrived by then.

Ooh those sound like pregnancy symptoms to me. Especially the strong sense of smell. In my last pregnancy, that was the first thing that made me think I might be pregnant. DH fish and chips smelled way too fishy 🤢🥴 it’s the only time I’ve ever had such a strong sense of smell is in pregnancy. And cucumber is not even a strong smelling item. Haha I really think that could mean something. I’ve also had really strong cramping these last few days and I think I’ve had a bfp today. Need to double check tomorrow. You have strong willpower waiting to test until Wednesday 😆👏🏻Really hoping you get your BFP. 🤞🏻@Soda123x

I just don't buy the tests so I can't be tempted lol. I really feel for those I see having chemical pregnancies on the feeds 😢 it must be so heartbreaking seeing the BFP to then turn into BFNs. I'd rather not know. And just test once AF not shown.

This is cycle 3(ish) for us TTC#2. I say ish as like I said I don't do ovulation tests or temps etc ... we try and start with a minimal pressure approach. DTD when we want too during FW (according to Clue app) this approach worked for us in 2018 and we have a DS who is 3 soon.
I'm 2nd guessing myself with the whole stomach cramps and heightened smell as I didn't have a single symptom with my last pregnancy. No nausea, no pains etc ... so this is all abit new to me. I thought the same about the cucumber not being a strong enough smell to smell at the front door from the kitchen. It's through the hallway and living room! Xx

I could hardly sleep. I woke up mega early and did a cb test. It’s positive 😭 I’m really praying for a sticky baby this time around. 🙏🏻🌈 I really hope that we all get our bfps and some sticky beans in 2023 Sending hugs to all. 💓

I'm 10 dpo today and had to fight not to test this morn. Think I will wait until tomorrow or even maybe 12 dpo on Sunday. My spotting is still here but way less now so don't know what to think ! Good luck everyone else testing this weekend!

@Piglet34 I caved today at 11DPO and BFN and feel devastated especially as so many people get pregnant first cycle after miscarriage. I wish I had waited til Sunday so try wait if you can!

@ExcitedandNervousC1 ah no I'm so sorry to hear that :( 11 dpo is still early though so you're not out until AF comes! I completely know what you mean though once you see one BFN it really messes with emotions. When is your AF due?

Why is TTC so friggin annoying. I'm 11DPO today which NEVER happens, I'm always 8-10 days luteal phase. I've had 3 negative tests as well so I'm fairly sure I'm not pregnant - but why am I late!! It's like my body is trying to wind me up...

I'm also a little bit worried it might be a sign of another ectopic, because I had a missed period but no positive for weeks when this happened last time 😩 I'm probably overthinking it and being dramatic but for gods sake I just want my period now and to move onto the next cycle!!

@Piglet34 not due until next Tuesday or Wednesday so I'm hoping Sunday frer might show something because I'm away from DH during ovulation in Feb so won't be able to try again til March. Keeping fingers crossed! When are you due?

@lemonyfox are you using frers? Maybe wait two more days and Test again? It's so frustrating I know!

I've used a frer, a clear blue and a cheapie supermarket one. Why are FRERS so hard to find in shops btw? Lol

I didn’t get my BFP until 12dpo hun so keep everything crossed! My FRER and cheapie was both negative at 11dpo xx

I’m out - 11dpo today, another negative pregnancy test. I’m accepting defeat! Onto cycle 7 of TTC which totals up to 23 months of my life which I have spent TTC-ing so far 😔 As expected, I knew this would be the month where I’d just feel in such a dark place from the strain of it all again.

Part of me feels I may need to stop now. As I can’t bring myself to get into the place I found myself when TTC-ing last time and I know I’m rapidly heading that way.

I think I’ll dip out of the thread now.

I know how you're feeling, it took us a while with our first, it's really really tough and it takes over our everyday thoughts. It's so hard not to feel down about it all.

Going crazy I was due the 12th - took tests before and BFN so I considered myself out

but didn’t come on yesterday so did one in the evening ..: “not pregnant”

STILL no sign of her today. I have been trying over a year and never have cycles over 29 days so I’m soooo confused 😩 I haven’t tested today I just expecting her after last nights test. But I’m super stressed and wondering if that’s ruining my usual cycle.

fed up and needed a rant sorry all. Might March to tesco but don’t see the point 😭 as I’ll probably buy more and come on in the car park

@ExcitedandNervousC1 I have irregular cycles so due anywhere from tomorrow to Tuesday. And snap! I am also not with my DH over ovulation in feb so will have to wait for March which is frustrating :/ super good luck with the frer on Sunday !
