I had my first flashing smile yesterday but didn’t dtd. I’m not feeling well as I have an awful cold…but really need to find the energy tonight!

My period will be due around 11th Jan. could be before or after as my cycle lengths vary by a few days.

Let’s keep each other company!

I’ve just looked at the FRER again (still within 3 min period) and it’s got a second line but looks more across than previous ones. Does this look like a faulty test? Have I got a positive? Don’t have any other tests in the house 😖

@Anon2822 that's what my first line on a FRER looked like when I was pregnant before so looks good to me!! Early congrats!

I chickened out of testing today at 10DPO so will stick with testing sat at 12DPO and know then

@CZ9294 my last BFP was super faint on 11DPO thats why I said I wouldn't test today at 10 and will wait for 12 if you can hold out and test sat you'll get a clearer answer :) sending baby dust to you!

@ExcitedandNervousC1 you’re so good waiting until Sat. I think if AF hasn’t arrived by Sat, maybe I’ll test again then.

I’m so disappointed I caved so early haha!

My update… I’m 15 dpo and officially missed AF now. Tests are strong and boobs are a bit swollen…. Eek. I’ll probably come off the thread in the next few days but I’ll pop in and out to see how others get on.

Wow, congrats to all the BFPs! 🎉

We only managed to dtd once during fertile window because of an awful flu. So I thought surely I’d be out this cycle. I’ve been trying so hard to not test before AF was due on the 14th but I had some really sharp cramping yesterday. Like it was so strong it was taking my breath away. I assumed AF was imminent, but then I’ve had no bleeding. So I randomly decided to use one of my Poundland cheapie strips and POAS fully expecting a BFN but now I’m so confused. Does this look positive or like an evap line? This was SMU today. I think I may be 12/13 DPO? I’m planning on getting some clear blue tests tomorrow that I’d ordered online for next cycle. I just don’t know what to think. What do you ladies think? I’ve got no symptoms other than the scary cramping and feeling tired today.

Literally after messaging here I caved and took a test which was a BFN. So stupid as only 10DPO and not FMU. Why do we do this to ourselves!!

@CaliGirl47 i think that’s positive! 👏 why don’t you get a clear blue digital? I didn’t really have any symptoms either!

Thanks for all the support everyone ❤️ these threads are so much help as no one else knows we're trying to conceive, let alone about the chemicals. AF started today so at least it was only a day late.

@Yolo23 I know what you mean about testing early, I can't help myself though! And, like you say, at least if needed I have the evidence to go to my GP if I keep getting them. Good luck this month, when are you testing?

@SillyOldBear3 sad news about AF! Sorry to hear that, bloody Mother Nature 😩

Yeah I’ll never text before the day of AF ever again - luckily I was feeling a bit dubious because I had so many symptoms in the lead up so I didn’t let my excitement snowball meaning it was just myself and partner left disappointed with the chemical which appeared at exactly 14dpo. I genuinely can’t believe how many tests I done between 11 and 13dpo which were strong positive or digital positives.

im due AF this month on the 23rd - feeling relatively calm, and hopeful but keeping an eye out for any symtoms as we do 🫣😂
