Possible chemical pregnancy

Hi All. Just wondered if anyone could help me.. my period came on time last month and I don’t test (two years of TTC and I spare myself that pain) so no idea if there would have been any lines on a test. However, it was heavy, clotty (sorry for tmi) and I was awake for 2 hours in the night with the pain, pacing around the room. I have got two children and it felt like contraction pain. It also lasted longer than my usual period length.

could this be a chemical even though it came around the time I expected? I have been TTC for 2 years and this period was definitely unusual for me.

Hi, I had a chemical pregnancy last month and the bleeding started on the exact day AF was due. Although it was only slightly heavier than I am used to (I have quite light periods) I did have bad cramps but only for the first day! x

I had a chemical last cycle and it was heavy bleeding with a couple largish clots and more crampy than usual. It came on 2 days after expected period and after faint positive tests which turned negative. I told myself I wouldn't test until week after my period due date next time but decided that I will incase they are recurrent and I could try to find out why.

I’ve had 2 chemicals (October and again in November) and both were 5 days after AF due so I did do a test so knew they were chemicals but they weren’t any more painful than normal periods and no clots really.

there’s no way to know if you’ve not had a positive test before bleeding. I don’t test before AF due either for the same reasons as you.
