DTD when TTC - how often?

TTC #1, cycle number 8
Looking to hear some success stories of how often you DTD during fertile window and/or throughout whole cycle?
Previous cycles we've tried every day during fertile window (according to Flo and Clear Blue OPK) but now wondering if this was too much. I've read conflicting stories online, some saying every day negatively affects sperm, others saying this is a myth!

Any real life success stories would be appreciated!

Didn't DTD at any particular time, just whenever we fancied it, a few times a week. It was low stress for sure!

Ive just got pregnant for the first time on cycle 3. The only difference I can think of is that we had less sex, but that we DTD on the ovulation day after positive opk the evening before. But could also not be that and just a lucky month.

Dc1 was month3, we had sex every other day for the whole month.

Dc2 we dtd one night, next day thought "hmm not sure we are ready yet" - too late!

Whenever the mood struck.
Once I relaxed about how often/when ect it happened.
Stress over it happening isn't good x

Every other day during the vaguely fertile period I think is recommended? Worked for us first month off pill at 37!

We are currently TTC baby number 2 and last week I had such a high drive so did it 6 out of 7 days but the week before that was maybe every other day. According to my app I'm supposed to be ovulating 25th - 31st (well that's my best chance window but 30th is meant to be the best day. We didn't DTD yesterday but did the day before. Although I've woken up feeling like I'm at deaths door today 😭

I only had sex twice in my fertile window. 3rd day and day before ovulation. Less sex is better x

Tried for 13 months whilst tracking ovulation.

Cycle 14, didn't track, fell pregnant, had sex 3 times that month.

I'm now 18 weeks pregnant after multiple miscarriages but only had sex once the month we conceived.

I really think it can be true about relaxing a little.
