Odd opk chart and tests

First month using opks, I felt ovulation pain on CD 15, painful sex, swollen boobs and lots of EWCM , the same day ( look at my chart ) my lines were getting darker and darker and LH was going up. Then, we did the deed that night and I tested again 11am next day (CD16) and my tests suddenly had gone faint again. I'm CD17 now and tests remain very faint and getting lower LH.
How possible isit I missed my surge and I would of got a positive that night if I had of tested?

Very possible. If I get a test that’s 0.5 or above in the morning then I get my positive that afternoon/evening. I have missed a couple in the past overnight and I know I ovulate (had bloods done twice on separate cycles) so it’s completely possible you missed it. I would keep testing for a few more days though to be sure.
