Implantation Or? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I started what I thought was a period on Thursday Night/Friday morning and by Sunday Morning it had completely stopped.

I have come off the pill about 6 weeks ago so I understand it could be that however even when I did get period they were ALWAYS 5 days and the first two days very heavy and the last 3 was always light.

This time don't get me wrong there was red, the first day (Friday) it was like medium flow, red in the toilet but whenever I wiped it was pink and brown. Saturday it was a lot lighter , still red but a lot more pink and Sunday morning it was purely brown and a tad mucus as well.

I'm having alot of stomach cramps, not painful just alot of what feels like pulling and tugging and I've had a bad headache today as well as feeling sick 🤢

Has anyone ever had implantation bleeding which they first mistook for a period? 🤔

Did you have a withdrawal bleed?

Something similar happened to me. I went to the toilet and had blood like the start of a period, i just assumed my period was coming a bit early but then nothing more. I found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks later

No... I assume this is it then? I just wondered if it being pink and brown was normal (obviously as well as red) 😁

I'm not looking for symptoms or anything like that as actually was hoping to get a period to start working out my cycles to ttc as on the pill I was very irregular. But after it being so short and pink and brown I was like oh okay maybe I could be 😳😳 how long do you think I should wait to test?

I tested a couple of weeks later when I still hadn't had a period and it said 2-3 weeks pregnant so would fit with when I had the bleed. Maybe give it a week or so

I did but it was literally one spot of peach coloured discharge on wiping. 3 days of bleeding just sounds like a period tbh.

Yeah I've heard alot of people just get the odd spotting with Implantation. I think I will just take it as a period but test in a week or so just to confirm. That way I'll know for sure either way 😁

This happend to me after coming off the pill I had a withdrawal bleed then few weeks later spotted brown then period came but lasted 3 days. I was totally sure this was abnormal for me as I usually have 5 day periods, I had very swollen boobs and the signs was there for pregnancy however I tested and was negative. I really thought I was though, but I really wasn't 😩

BUT I have had implantation that was a few days and then a positive test a week after so yes it could be that too! I'm currently still TTC and I came off the pill in June this year, wishing you luck this month!!

Yeah thats it, the symptoms are so similar aren't they and it's hard to tell. The only thing thats making me think pregnancy is colour of my bleed and the fact that I'm having a lot of different movements in my stomach, cramping, pulling, pinching- which is just not normal for me.

If I'm not pregnant then I'm not, it's all good. We are just going to let it happen and aren't exactly going out our way to try so 🙂 I think I may do a test today then one over the weekend but if both BFN I will take it as it was a period 😁
