Is this a pregnancy line?

Hello!

I was due on my period today, I did one of these cheap tests on 8dpo and was negative- no line at all, it's now 12dpo and I worried to do one as I was sure my period was coming as have some cramping - anyway I did and this was what came up? Is this a pregnancy??

Also worried as people on here have said cheap one step tests sometimes give false positives?
