Hi all, can someone tell me if it looks like I could of missed my surge? Last night I had ovulation pains, my tests got upto 0.53 so thought I'd hit my peak very soon, but today all my tests are getting fainter. Is this normal? Help please x

Yes I think it is possible your surge was CD15 and that you have now ovulated, especially with the pains as well. This would be the case for me anyway as I don't get ups and downs, it gets darker then gets lighter once only.

Do you usually ovulate at around CD15? Are you temp charting?

I only use OPK once a day after work at 17:30 and in 5 months of using them I always miss the surge and have never seen a clear positive line. Yet I know I'm ovulating since I chart temps and see a clear shift. So I think it is quite easy to miss a surge on the tests,

if your tests don’t tend to go up and down then I would say you got your positive overnight as ovulation pain often happens day of the positive

It's possible that you haven't ovulated at all yet and your body may have another go in a day or so.

Ive currently got ovulation cramps and no where near a positive opk either so I know how frustrating it is!

I tested again this morning - completely faint test lines now, again this afternoon very very faint compared to them getting darker the other day - I honestly think I've missed it, I tested at 7pm and got the darkish test line that night, all that day it was going up - then I tested the next day at 11am and completely gone faint again, ever since they've been the same. I felt ovulation pains that night too! And lots of ewcm that day! We had sex that night too I really hope for this month 🙏 just a shame I haven't seen the dark test line 😔
