Uti affect pregnancy test?

Hello looking for advice

Currently two days late, on third dose of antibiotics for uti.
Tested yesterday with clear blue digital and got negative,

Should I test on first response?

Serious urinary tract infections (with high levels of WBC, RBC and nitrite) can occasionally cause a false positive pregnancy test result.

I’d wait a couple of days then retest using FMU. The digital aren’t super sensitive but FRER can have indents that can be mistaken for positives.
