Supplements for DH

What supplements is your DH on
do i need to buy the expensive well man ones or can we just get some cheaper versions?

Does he actually need any supplements?

Has he had semen analysis?

All the usual stuff applies to him - don't smoke, keep alcohol to a low level, stay drug free (and ESPECIALLY no steroids/testosterone!), plus keep them swinging low and out of body heat with boxers rather than tight fitting underpants!

No analysis but has varicocele
we’ve been TTC a few months but still too early to go to the drs. Just trying to do what we can in the mean time.
